Placing a Web Order
When you see an item you like, click on “Add to Bag” and continue shopping until you are ready to complete your purchase. Then, click on the Shopping Bag, located at the top right section of the screen. After you have made any changes and updated the quantities as desired, click on “Recalculate” to finish. Click “Go to Payments” to confirm your items.
Please review your order carefully before placing it. Once your order is submitted, we are unable to modify or cancel it.

Please note: You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with the applicable shipping and tax charges.
Order Confirmation
Once you place your order, you will be given an order number. You will also receive a confirmation email with an order summary.

Backorders
We sometimes have merchandise for sale that has sold out and is being restocked. You can still order these items to reserve your favorite color or size, and we’ll ship them to you as soon as supplies are replenished. The expected ship date for backordered merchandise is listed when you add an item to your bag and also during checkout. We do our best to keep these dates accurate, but please be aware that in rare circumstances we may experience delays, in which case we will email you the new expected delivery date.
You will not be charged any additional shipping fees when backordered items ship (via Standard Shipping).
Shipping Info
Most orders will ship out within a day of ordering. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 7 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with the applicable shipping and tax charges. Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping.
Orders will be charged shipping rates as detailed below:
